How did you come to this understanding?

I learned to stop judging others, to stop feeling better than or less than others, just let them be who they are, with no expectations for them to be perfect humans and behave the way I think they should behave. Acceptance of equality of Being..... Hostage to the ego or host to Spirit? This new formula came to me in my dream state and I will NEVER forget it.........It has freed me from so much 'justified' anger. Thank you Universe!

It was a spiritual lesson, and it was to shut the f___ up.
So I'm trying to at least filter. A valuable lesson in every way.
I came to the understanding by having a little showdown with myself, by doing a little inward turn and taking a peek. I saw a fool flapping it's mouth for a moment there. So I'm through, at least for now.
I mean I have to look up moral, spiritual and ethical to really get this question... so I've got to pack it in on this. right. now.
EDIT: Best of luck, Lori, in your work and compassion for one who is so ill... it takes a lot of time, patience, love... I like your answer.

There is no joy and peace greater than practicing the Presence of God. Jesus comes into us as soon as we really seek Him.
The more Truth you share the more Truth you are ! All Supreme values such as love, mercy, service, truth, beauty and goodness are possessed only in sharing.
My Spirit of Truth led soul knows and experiences a new reality; and then my mind understanding plays catch-up in deep reflections.

To trust in myself most of all that no person can give me the answers that I seek I must find them from within the deep core beliefs of my soul..
People I have learned can take advantage of others they are frauds cheats and manipulative and God will punish them in due time the karma they have created has been set and no getting out of that!!! You can never really judge a book by its cover even after meeting them one time they can hide pretend and act a different person because that is their gift that is their charm..but eventually if you are a thinking human being and you want whats best for your life you remove yourself from these negative entities I call the 666 people and live a life with God and he will protect and ever guide you on your path in life and rhe demons around you will burn in hell because their souls are in Hell :)))

utilitarian ethics, that is to say, when presented with a choice choose the one that will cause the greatest amount of happiness to the greatest number of morally relevant beings. morally relevant beings are those capable of feeling pleasure and pain. it is generally accepted that dogs, cats, horses, dolphins and other such animals fall into this category but insects and most reptiles do not due to their inability to experience pleasure in the same way. pleasure in this sense is not sexual but more like enjoyment or happiness.

a million. gaining expertise of to enable pass....i found out that obtaining emotional over the final (and beating myself up approximately it) is a waste. i've got discovered my lesson...and that i'm moving on. 2. the only element it truly is preserving me back from something is ME! Why am I praying no longer person-friendly & doing no longer something??? i understand that any element is achievable, yet sitting around waiting can no longer make issues take place.

I am not my rage. I am beautiful for my mistakes as well as my triumphs. ! am so very insignificant to the Universe but am an integral part of it. I think deeply on things regularly. the Universe we roll around in is really quite incomprehensible but I must try and then these thoughts come....

Compassion
My friends dad is in poor health and I let him move in with us.
He needs care and he's nearly deaf and totally hardheaded.
He is in constant pain and verbalizes it often.
I have realized that I sholud give the care that I would hope to receive in the future if need be.
Nobody is more inconvenienced than he is, he definitely would like to be better. It is not his fault and he is old.

this understanding comes over the passing of time , many trial and errors, many sufferings, many conflicts,
