Americans and is that any different from how they think of Canadians??? I've heard all sorts of things but wanted to know how real people really feel.

I don't spend a whole deal of my time thinking about Americans in general. I've met a fair few in my time - and like most nationalities, some individuals are good to know and others aren't. But, what I can't understand is how someone like George Walker Bush became president??! That is a sad reflection on Americans.

It's like in 'Fawlty Towers' don't talk about the war - 1st 2nd or the one in Iraq and their fine. Canadians we have a better affinity towards them I suppose it is mainly psychological because Canadian was in the war straight away, I know some Americans flew under the Canadian banner and feel sorry that they should get all the flack for the rest of their country being late.

People are people. I haven't met any Americans for a while. I have met several Canadians, as it goes. I think they think I'm odd, because I keep pestering them about Trailer Park Boys. There are other things in Canada, apart from this show, apparently.

i would like to think that most people in the uk think americans are twats...because most of them are (soz to those who are not...move to uk) and i feel sorry for the canadians because they are subject to falling into the 'america' category

i LOVE the americans. I have alot of Americn friends and thy are top people! I have yet to meet a rude or unpleasent American. I dont have any grudges against canadians either............and as for that nasty person who commented earlier about black people........i dont feel that way.

I love Americans. Whenever we did do fundraising there, they were always most generous.
