Between those two choices, I would rather live on a cloud, because that way I would have a great view of the earth.

I would like to live under the water like a mermaid. I love the ocean. Even though i am scared of sharks and string rays I still love the ocean

if the sea, oceans or whatever wernt as polluted as they are now i would definitally want to live underwater so i can be a merperson.
because when global warming gets even worse i wont have to burn up in the clouds.
and be fresh underwater livin tha life.
and also because i have a fear of great heights.
and underwater there is no such thing as height but depth.
