Would someone be kind enough to give me a list, as specific as possible, about what each squad's 'specialty' is?

Is Hitsugaya still a captain? I'm very, very behind, but I heard some people say he isn't anymore?

Try wikipedia for the list. And Hitsugaya is still a captain.

I know that squad 11 loves to fight
squad 4 is only medics
As far as I know, Hitsugaya still is a captain but since he is still a kid he doesn't have the endurance of the all the grown-ups captains.
