It appears Florida doesn't have a school hardship license law. The only hardship licenses offered are for DUI offenders.

I don't often give advice, but this is a non-brainer.
DO NOT DRIVE!!! (other than under the terms and conditions of your learner's licence)
Let's look at what could happen.
You have an accident, and your insurance is void because you do not have a licence. You push in someone's fender, and have to pay a few thousand to fix a guy's car--even if the accident is partly his fault. (There are rarely accidents that are completely one person's fault and the other driver could do nothing to prevent it). THE FACT THAT YOU ARE A GOOD DRIVER (WHICH I DO NOT DISPUTE) DOES NOT CHANGE THE ISSUE OF YOUR INSURANCE BEING VOID.
You have an accident that is your fault--even a little bit--and your insurance is void because you do not have a licence. You kill or maim someone, get a multi-million dollar judgement in favor of some guy dead or in a wheelchair, and spend the rest of your life paying it off.
DO NOT EXPECT THE COPS, OR A JUDGE, TO HAVE ANY SYMPATHY WITH YOU.
Do the mature and sensible thing, and wait until you can drive legally by yourself.
You can take my advice, or not. Your call. I have underinsured motorist protection on my policy--I'm covered even if whoever hits me has no insurance--so I don't care what you do.
I would also like to add that even though it is a good thing that the private Catholic school is helping you to be a better student and a good kid again, you are not taking a very mature attitude. I'm a lot older than you, but I am mature and responsible because it is THE RIGHT THING TO DO, not because some school or employer or friend or someone makes me mature. I just am. If you do not accept that, you are too immature to drive a car anyway. You might be the kind of kid who is usually a good driver, but you get road-raged or reckless in response to an emotional stimulus such as breaking up with a girlfriend or something.
Relax, man. Next summer willl be here before you know it.

You are breaking the law. Driving is a privilege that has to be earned. If you get caught, you will lose your permit, get charged with driving without a license and will not be able to get a driver's license in Florida.
I have been stopped, more than once, in the past by police who thought I was violating some traffic regulation. I went to court and beat the citations. But, anyone can be stopped, even when he is doing nothing wrong.

You'll get your learners permit revoked, they might postpone how old you have to be to get your license (18)

if you don't have a license you are not suppose to drive,.....that is the law,.....maybe if you got caught the judge would take into consideration the facts of the case, but maybe he, or she would not,.....you are still not suppose to drive until you have a license,.....
