Nope He stays out of it. He gave man the power to reason and make decisions and has turned us loose to sink or swim on our own.

Personally, I certainly hope God favors Republicans over Democrats since that would explain the re-election of George W. The alternative reason is even frightening.

There isn't a party that he could belong to. He gave us the choice of a party and a leader and then the ones we elected rewrote the book to benefit themselves and the rich,not everyone. Maybe God wants to see how far we go with power!

I don't understand how ANYONE could believe in God after seeing what the human race does to each other. I certainly wouldn't worship a God who made such a petty, destructive creature....

No, but people who acknowledge Him and live for Him, He does.
He wants a society of people who fear Him, and if they don't? Then you can read the accounts of those cities who disobeyed Him, such as Sodom and Gomorrah and Babylon.
