What are the advantages and disadvantages of living in oxford in comparison to London?

I have no idea and I have to choose between 2 universities. My desition criteria have to be the life in those places.

Do you have any idea?

In Oxford, you have to make a fool of yourself with all the snobbish students as it's a family tradition. Two pints and they want to fight the world, just as Daddy did when he was at Oxford (Mammy was laid back, at least that's what the Rugby team said). They are boring and think they know it all because Daddy told them they know it all (Daddy is never wrong because he's ***** and he plays golf with **** and ****) and getting into Oxford has nothing to do with all the donations made to the private (prison) boarding schools that they have been attending (whilst Daddy was away with his mistress and Mammy was having it away with the guy from the local gym).

In London, nightlife is good, you can catch a bus after 10pm (24 hour buses in London), shops are open 24 hours, some big markets, you meet real people, Student Union Bars are very lively (good pint at a good price), members of the opposite sex will not report you or call the police because you looked at them and you won't give a sh*t if your parents find out what you are up to. Unless you want to be Prime Minister one day and have the financial backing of a mega rich and influential family, I'd recommend London. Forget Oxford, you'll die of boredom before you can get through your first semister.

oxford has not much student life, although it is very picturesque (i live near there, im biased!!) london is busy all the time, and i can imagine u would spend a lot.

if you want to study every night go to oxford
if you want to do anything but study every night choose the capital.
