how do u install a webcam with a wire , but no CD-RM?

You can probably find the softward online. Follow the link and put the product name in. You should be able to download the driver and/or applicable software. If you don't have internet connection, you may be able to download it to a usb drive from another computer with internet (provided you have a usb port on the computer).

Before plugging in the webcam, download and install the driver from logitech's website.
