Well to start megalodons are extinct. However if orcas and megalodons lived during the same time...
Hmmmm... lets see.... a 52 foot 48 ton shark vs a 25 foot 8 ton whale. I think I would go with the shark.
A pod of orca would have a good chance, but in a head to head fight to the death, please that is not even a question.

If there's a pod of whales they might have a chance. Megs were the most fearsome creatures in prehistoric time. It could kill almost any animal in one bit due to how much power it gives in to it's bite. A full grown female could kill a small pod in a few minutes. Just one orca and that orca's dead. Some say there might be some pehistoric creatures at the very bottom of VERY VERY deep waters. Especially the Marina Trence or Challenger Deep.

A male killer whale can be 30' long. The biggest hippos can reach 15'. So, I'm going with the killer whale.

orcas, because they hunt in packs. But one on one, the meg would sure give a fierce bite. It could take quite a large chunk of whale flesh out, where as the orca mouth is not quite as formidable a weapon.
But then you have to worry about other things. Could the orca stun a meg with sonar? And I think that sharks would probably have the edge in sensory abilities too.
