I have a friend, who did a poo (today and just now, well near) and when she wiped there was very bright not much, red stuff on the tissue.
She doesn't eat fruits/vegtables as she's very fussy and apparently she does big shits.
Is this dangerous?
She is 13 and she's NEVER experienced this before.
I reckon she should wait until another poop and see if its still there

And also, she just had a bath and she actually looked at her *** (ew) but she didn't see ANY blood AT all and no blood came out in the bath.
Maybe this was just one of those weird one time things?

The most common cause of blood in the stool is constipation. Your friend likely tore something passing a large stool. She ought to start eating more fruits and veggies or at least take a fiber supplement. Having a low fiber diet and being constipated is a risk factor for colon cancer. However colon cancer is very unusual in the very young and typically presents when you're much older 40-50. This does not mean that there is nothing to worry about though. Like I said above have her eat more fruits/veggies/fiber.

I've attached an article to teach you more. I hope this helps.

If she has a low fiber diet, is constipated and does large "poos" then it could be one of two things - an anal fissure or hemorrhoids.
An anal fissure is a small tear at the anus "poo hole" caused by the stretching of the tissues there. This will tend to bleed each time she has a poo, until its healed.
The hemorrhoids are swollen veins inside her bowels caused also by the straining. This can be more dangerous, because the bleeding from there can be in larger amounts, and they can bleed for much longer.
Best to seek a doctor's advice for both.
While there is treatment for both, the best long term fix would be a better diet, lots of water, and maybe some short term laxatives to take the strain off that area.

I had this happen to me recently. If the blood was fresh looking then she probably just tore herself a bit down there. Nothing too serious. If the blood is dark & looks like it may be old, then she should go to the dr. That would most likely indicate that it's coming from the insides.

If she is having large bowel movements, she has probably been constipated. The large stools can cause tears in the rectum that can cause the bleeding. She needs to get herself on a bowel regimen so that she can have a daily bowel movement, this will keep her from having problems with large ones.

may be hemorrhoids she'd better get a bottle of witch hazel soon because it may start hurting pretty badly and she'll want to soak a was of tissue to put against the area for a while to get the swelling and irritation taken care of.

lol...sorry to laugh but my very disgusting brother does it all the time. (He has to let the world know when he goes and all the details). She has nothing to worry about. I recommend that she take a stool softener to make her bowel movements less firm and start eating her fruits and veggies.

Hemroids, its probably the cause and will either clear up on its own or you gotta push the swollen glands back in, probably better to do during a warm bath.

If you are ever bleeding from your rectum, you should see your M.D. It's probably an ulcer but it could be more serious. Yes, the M.D. will give you a rectal exam, sorry.
