OR the square root of (2/7)
Or root(2) / root(49)
Mathematics is an exact science. You have to ask the question in an unambiguous form.

I assume the problem looks like this:
(root)49 / (root)2 ?
If so, multiply by (root)2/(root)2 which is actually 1, but this makes the roots on the bottom cancel, giving you
7(root)2/2
(7 because the sq. root of 49 is 7)

If it is 49 over 2, first you have to find the square root of 49.
7 x 7 = 49.
So the square root of 49 is 7.
Now you have 7 over the square root of two. Since you cannot have a radical in the denominator (i.e. cannot have square root sign in denominator) you have to multiply that fraction by square root of 2.
7 sqr2 7 x sqr2 = 7sqr2
___ x ____
sqr2 sqr2 sqr2 x sqr2 = 2
So the answer would be 7sqr2 over 2.
PS Sqr means the square root of. : )
Good luck!
