What do you do when you have just met someone for two months now and the chemistry is great between the both of you, but she is 31/2 hours away and made it clear that she will not relocate. She has a high position job making a lot of money & has been there for 8 years. I have rental property & I won't relocate, so what do you do?

You can relocate. Hire a manager for the rental property. Maybe when you move you can buy other rental property out there and make more money.

it is simple, you have more free time to do what you want, beside 3.5 hour is not that bad, think of those across the seas or states.
