Finding the domain?

Find the domain of the function:
f(x)= (5-x)/ (2x^2 +5x -12)

(five minus x, divided by two x squared plus five x minus 12)

2x^2+5x-12=0 x=((-5+-sqrt(25+96))/4
x=3/2 and x= -4 must be excluded from all real numbers
so the domain are all real numbers except 3/2 and -4
