I would ask them about colors. Whether colors have meaning to them at all, whether in a smell or texture, or if they could even imagine them.

Then I'd get down on my knees and thank god that he chose to let me keep my gift of sight, seeing as how I was in danger of losing it for a while, so I appreciate it all the more.

Since most of blind since birth people are ok with it because it is all they know, I would ask them, what would be the worst thing that could happen to you?

What they think the world looks like.

I know it's a terrible, horrible fate to be blind, especially since birth, but it's got to be kind of cool to just see things the way you want to, as well as people.

I really never thought about it.
I suppose it would be:
"When you listen to TV, do you imagine what the characters look like, even though sight is not one of your senses?"
or
"When you sleep, do you dream and do you see in your dreams?"

you are missing soooo much beauty. Even describing something to you would be worthless because you've never seen anything to begin with, but when someone describes something to you do you get a mental picture of something or do you just picture darkness and just imagine how it feels?

Psh, you know you've thought about it. I asked my ex boyfriend that, he was born blind, and we laughed, he told me honestly that he's never been asked that before.
