stores like marshalls and Ames usually have good jeans and they can be pretty cheap too! good luck & hope i helped

Thrift stores. Name brand jeans for next to nothing and you're supporting good charities. Although you can't really shop thrift stores on-line, but at the same time, you can try them on. I have to try on clothes before buying them, even if I have the option to return them. I feel more comfortable that way.

aeropostale is selling jeans for as low as $20! but i think you should try them on first.

If you don't mind hunting around a bit try eBay you can get a good deal on there, sometimes.
