The correct answer is "yes and no" . Had the constitution been observed to the letter. The house of representatives would have had to vote on who would be president. (because Florida's electoral votes would have been in question ) The house was controlled by republicans. So bush would have been president anyway. But that is not what happened. Republicans on the supreme court stopped the vote counting and ordered Florida to declare Bush the winner of the state. That was unconstitutional as well as cheating. So while Bush would have been president ether way. The right way was for the representatives of the people to decide the president. Not the supreme court.

seem what happens once you ask the variety of question people call you a liar or loopy. people seem to think of that disagreeing with Bush makes you a terrorist supporter. Bush rode the wave of 9/11 all a thank you to re election in 2004. Did you ever see a show on Comedy needed suggested as Thats My Bush? until now 9/11 Bush grow to be overtly mocked and recognized as a comedian tale of a President. although he introduces a conflict on a shadowy elusive appropriate that would in no way be pinned down and unexpectedly the guy is untouchable. Its ridiculous how the media has given him a pass those final 6 years. Liberal media bias being between the biggest lies they have advised. With that lie they have been in a position to discredit any dissent as propaganda and liberal media lies, and people, in any different case smart rational thinking people incredibly have faith this lie.

Yes. If he didn't, there would be nothing to hide.
"In Violation of Federal Law, Ohio's 2004 Presidential Election Records Are Destroyed or Missing"
"In 56 of Ohio's 88 counties, ballots and election records from 2004 have been "accidentally" destroyed, despite a federal order to preserve them -- it was crucial evidence which would have revealed whether the election was stolen."

That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard said about Bush. I'm reading this asinine answers and wondering if all these people were out of the country for the last 2 elections. Because remember he won not just 1, but 2 elections. If I hear one more conspiracy theory related to the U.S. gov't I am going to scream.

So let me get this straight………It was all part of Bush (the idiot’s) plan to steal the 2000 election, plan the 911 attacks as an excuse to invade Iraq 17 months later, sacrifice 3000 US troops and 300 Billion Dollars, and all to make money off of Halliburton contracts and oil price fixing? Is the same Bush that you all call an idiot? Cause that sounds like a pretty elaborate plan to me if it was true!

Whether he did or he didn't, scoreboard. He's in there now. Don't know if he did. Don't care. I've got to focus on 08 and seeing that we get someone in there that can do the job.
