yeah, definately who doesn't? 15 years is a long time. He probably didn't die from eating "people" food. He probably died b/c he was an olddd felineee. and if it was b/c of you...you can't do anything about it now, so don't try. You know you would have done something if you knew he would be put down b/c of it. You didn't do it b/c you wanted it to die. Everybody wants to chill and be lazy sometimes; you can't help it. and remember IT WAS OLD AND PROBABLY DIED B/C IT WAS OLD. getonwithyourlife

Thats so sad jp are you sure that was the real reason,he was 15 & there may have been other reasons so dont believe it was your fault because it was Not! & you had no idea that would happen so NEVER BLAME your self even if someone said that in grief the cat was OLD, i often think it was my fault when my animals HAVE to be put down & i beat myself up over it for a long time but dont you blame yourself jp nothing would have saved him:)☺☻♥hugs

That sucks big time, but you wanted to indulge the cat! 15 years is a long time anyway!

honey if ur cat lived 15 years, i'd say old age is why he died, not from table scraps. Give ur self a break and just don't do it next time.

I am sorry about your cat, but don't be too hard on yourself...cats do that...it is in their nature. Forgive yourself and remember the good times!

I sent my 14 year old son on an errand and he was killed while running that errand. Yes, I feel responsible.
