You Can't Stop the Beat is great! You could also try Fame from Fame, Rent from Rent, songs from The Boy From Oz or Movin Out, Heart and Music from A New Brain, We Go Together from Grease... there are a lot of good production numbers out there.

good luck!

My favorite song to dance to in jazz or musical theatre has always been All that Jazz from the musical Chicago. Its a fun song and has perfect beats!

there are lots of good songs form old movies such as grease but lut some new ones to like Hairspray. Look at your local movies store for musical movies and watch them. Then you can pick out a song that you like:)hope this helps and good luck!

Hmmm... if its for a large ensemble of people try Everybody Rejoice from the musical The Wiz. Smaller? Try Welcome to the Sixties from Hairspray {the actual musical not the movie}!!
