Could God even though an imaginary being be tried in a court and could the law which enables people to be convicted and tried when not present be used those guilty of crimes but not tracked down yet. then after could it be written into law God has been imprisoned for however many years suitable No one and no deity is above the law even imaginary creatures have to obay it so can not send out orders to commit genocide acts of terror and if any such acts are they are against The Geneva Conventions and so whether imaginary or not should not God have been taken before a court and convicted long ago

as people commited genocide all the while saying God's name should not God be considered equally guilty as those who commited as God was said to support it and should be tried as well as the people said God condoned it. so againg should not people reject God just as much as any war criminal as even an imaginary criminal should not be left of the hook. to be clear God is as guilty as other war criminlas and has if not participated endorsed crimes on Seven Continents an The Carribean and as such God has invalidated God and is guilty of all the many sins in The Holy Books and as to other criminals operating on idea those are tried as usual. As God is a war criminal by statements made in The Old Testement and was used in The 19th Century for crimes sould not God be rejected as a war criminal and something done to make this clear as it was stated God supported war crimes and is by evidence a mass murderer even if imaginary criminal

God to be tried in international criminal court of man Old Testement,Bible ,history used as evidence as Science has been unable to convince people God does not exist maybe a trying a religious approach would not only make God obay The Laws of God and man but convince people if God convicted of war crimes to not believe in God as to do so is to accept a being who commited or supported genocide during The 19th Century and by extent believing in God implies support of genocide and a war criminal

The God of Christianity,Judaism.and Islam. As Islam states there is only one God then theirs is the same one which was said to support genocide in The 19th Century in North America so all should reject God for that and the reason that many crimes were commited throughout history slavery one of them people being told to convert to God then sold by Christians, Baltic Crusades,English Crusades to Middle East, torture, burnings at stake,Again all ostensibly in The employof God while either saying God is good or Allah is great which is to say God is great. So what should follow God is great should be but God is a warcriminal in Christianity,Judaism, and Islam.God supports rape, conquest of Middle East, genocide in The Carribean, genocide in North and South America,Africa. so should be rejected it not entirely already.By Geneva Conventions God has supported crimes and is part of structure that supported crimes so could be declared crminal structure of man crminal organisation

Why would you convict him if you knew he was imaginary? Anyway, he is not a citizen of the planet and can control our minds and make us all do the dance from the 'Thriller' video at the same time.

You've gotten God and religious teachings mixed up.

Man created God to answer the unanswerable.

Then man created religion to excuse the inexcusable.

You start out by stating that God is an imaginary being. Imaginary means that it exists only as an image without substance.

The God you want to try exists, It just hasn't been revealed to this world. I use the word It because we don't know what the gender of God is, or if God in fact has a gender.

Humans have been using the "word of God" to justify most everything at one time or another since long before writing was invented to record such things.

What is this law of which you speak? Laws like God are the creations of mankind and like God change as mankind changes.

Today's great truth is tomorrows great laugh.

Oh man, darren... chill. Genocide is horrendous, and has been happening for many many many years somewhere or other. Who is to blame... war crimes... trials... How about putting real people in the dock for crimes rather than imaginary anythings? If you want to convict God, that's your business and you should feel free to do so, but you know it's not going to go much further than that.
So now you've had a nice long say about it and I hope you feel better, and can go on about your business with or without any God to trouble you. Good luck.

Since we are hypothesizing about a hypothetical god anyway, an intergalactic or inter- or intra-universal court could hold various dieties from various universes to an inter-universal code -- similar to what you suggest by the Geneva Convention.

If string theory pans out and there are multiple universes, there is theoretically a multitude gods. One in each universe. Each slight different. And each punishable by some pan-universal legal code.

God has not committed any war crimes! It was men who committed war crimes and they merely used god's name as an excuse.

How would you like to be tried and convicted for war crimes if a bunch of idiots killed a whole lot of people under your name?

I suppose it would be like the old movie, "The Miracle on 34th Street" where santa claus was put on trial. It might just make for an interesting movie.

God doesn't need to abide by the earth's laws... we are meant to abide by His.
