It Sounds Like Your Stupid And Close minded "Best Of All Time Tupac Or Jay-Z" Like Those Are The Two Top Candidates or Something And U Can't Really Compare Jay And Pac They Both Have Different Styles And Are Two Completely Different Rappers

I agree with Escobar. This question is stupid. There is no best and that's so vague...Jay-Z and Tupac. What makes them the best? I'm not saying that they are i'm not saying that they aren't. Ask anyone you'll get different opinions. Don't claim something if you don't really know what you're talking about.
