What do you think the 3 most serious threats to the WORLD are today?

I think its War , Global Warming, and failure of our economy.
Anyone think differently ?? I wana see what opinions other people have.

Your thoughts regarding the three most serious threats to our World are good; here are mine for your reflection and contemplation:
(1) Drugs b/c they are ruining the lives of millions of people and wrecking havoc with family life, and increasing crime.
(2) Unpreparedness b/c if we do have a disaster we will all be panic struck and not sure what to do.
(3) Poor relations with other countries b/c if we had better communication and understanding then that would help to combat the threat of war.

Greed - It is the motivation behind the vast majority of the wars and crimes committed throughout the world, throughout history.

The lack of compassion - The ability to see people as something alien, something 'less', is what enables the greatest disasters, the most brutal crimes, the genocides and the tortures.

The lack of respect for human life - The willingness to destroy a person, to end a life that was filled with hopes and loves and joys, is evil. When human lives are no more than collateral damage, are disposable, then the human race is at risk.

GREED is one, the major mony players do not develope more ecologically sound forms of energy because the mony is in fossil fuels developers continue to gobble up millions of acres of habitat essential to the species we still have INTOLERANCE is one, people all over the world focus their time and energy on hatreds that are thousands of years old and yet develope new ones IGNORANCE is one, our young people are desensitized by video games and distracted by the persuit of material things .Well thats three I could go on but IM out of prozac did I mention the A.M.A. just kidding

Stupidity, incompetence, egotism. Reasons? Look around you! There is stupidity, incompetence and egotism at every level of society from the President on down to your local school board. And how else could someone like Brittany Spears become famous while having no discernable talent whatsoever.

2. Religious fanaticism (or any kind of zealotry, even if it's towards ideology or extreme nationality)

Selfishness = We only care about our problems. We say that we do care about everything but we don't do anything about it.

Ignorance= We settle with the information that we receive (if any) without knowing for sure if its true. We are not use to find the truth.

1~global warming because soon enough the world will have to come to an end
2~war because i think there is just no point to it and we are just waisting away innocent lives
3~construction because we keep cutting down trees and getting rid of oxygen------------> not good
