Cumulonimbus:

One of the largest individual cloud formations, they can extend to heights of 60,000 ft. The tops of CB clouds have an easily recognisable 'anvil' shape & can produce lightning, thunder, heavy rain, hail strong winds & tornados

depends where you live. lol. in Florida the clouds don't indicate anything, in Ontario it's different.

I hate science homework. I'm so glad I'm out of high school!

im not sure exactly what you mean by weather condition but i would definatley say a storm,probably thunderstorm. if you need any more detail ill edit my answer later. hope this helped ^_^
