The equations for this are
x(t)=v0*t
since the pool is 25 m away,

The fall will be
y(t)=-.5*g*t^2
since y(t)=50
and using g=10
t=sqrt(10)

therefore
v0>25/sqrt(10)
v0>7.9 m/s
