And then let's talk about Halliburton... ok?

Next in the alphabet is the non-issue of Hsu.

Did Hsu win all the contracts on Californias energy?
Did Hsu win all the contracts on New Orleans for their support?
Did Hsu win all the contracts on Iraq?

I think not... but lets see what you have to say...

dGood question. Good Point
Listen up diznyland fan: Ken Lay CEO of ENRON was Bush's campaign manager and chief fundraiser and financial contributor in Texas. He also has ties to VP Cheney. SO yeah I think that would qualify as ties to the GOP.
At least Hillary has donate the money to Charity: Is Bush going to give back all the money Ken Lay raised?

How are the Republicans responsible for Enron. That is (was) a company totally separate from the GOP.

Non-issue of Hsu? Excuse me but two presidential candidate took donations from a known felon.

You are way off base comparing the two. You just hate the GOP!

Why is Hsu a non issue? There is no discussion if you severely limit the issues beforehand. As a Republican, it doesn't matter who you start with, Congress as a whole has a record low public opinion now, there has been graft and corruption on both sides for a long time.

The simple solution that no one will agree to is to ban all contributions or services to parties and candidates that are not from individual people. Period.

No business contributions to parties. No letting candidates use corporate jets. No candidates or parties getting union dues money. None of it.

The only exception would be for issue oriented groups like the NRA and Sierra Club being able to pool individual contributions for greater effect. Those contributions also must come from individual people making voluntary contributions to that group.

That's what this Republican thinks.

The Republicans have been caught with their hands in the cookie jar on campaign financing so many times that it is just hilarious to read people accusing Hillary or other Democrats of inpropriety! Are they really that dumb? Or do they just care about the truth that little?
