Hey everybody. I recently seen this big brown spider outside my house. It's about 1" long, abdomen big, looks kinda bumpy. Wish I could provide a picture of it. I've tried to look online to try to find it, but it's kinda hard to. If anyone has an idea where i can find information please let me know. Or even if you want a picture to help find it.

I could figure it out if I had a picture,
or if you look at whatsthatbug.com they have pics you can browse through.

To what you describe, that could be a lot of spiders. Garden spiders, wolf spiders, brown recluse, huntsman, brown widows.

EDIT: I'm having email problems. Post the picture in a photobucket or flickr acct.?

through fact Carolina is seperated into 2 states North Carolina and South Carolina the place as California is barely one super state. consequently Southern California and northerly California. there is not any appropriate cutoff line the place norther Cal ends and Southern Cal starts off.

Sounds like a common garden spider. Try looking it up at www.whatsthatbug.com.
