Ok, so I go over to my best friend's house, and I lay on his couch in only my boxers (he's gay, that's why I'm so comfortable doing that around him). Later I learn that about 45 minutes-1 hour before I came over, he had a nocturnal emission on the couch. He was in only his underwear when it happened, and he was laying on his stomach, but he also wasn't absolutely positive that anything got onto the couch.
Just to add a few more details---I am on "the pill" (continuously) because I have PCOS and Endometriosis. However, I will occationally take it a little late (because I don't use it to prevent pregnancy) but the latest I have ever taken it is about a half hour late.
So, what are the chances of me having gotten pregnant from the semen that was *possibly* on the couch?
p.s. Although I was only in my boxers, I did have a folded tissue wedged in between my vaginal lips, because I tend to get a dark discharge when I'm expecting my period.

No, when something wet gets on the couch it goes furture into the couch, it doesn't stay there and look for people to get into. REad more on sex ed. There is absolutely no way you are pregnant.
The semen after some minutes of being outside of the body it dies.

Chances are no. You most likely would have noticed if there was sperm on the couch you were sitting on it, and you had clothes on(your bare skin did not come in contact w/ the sofa) Good Luck!!!
