In your list....The undertaker....he may not have had the number of titles...but he has had the longevity...and the popularity to be put in before HHH and every other superstar in this list....As soon as he debuted....he beat Bret Hart, Hogan, Koko B. Ware, Tugboat, Snuka, etc...no one else can say that....
Otherwise...Sammartino or Buddy Rogers would be # 1 because of who they are, what they have accomplished, and titles lengths they have had....

Well, your question is pretty vague in regard to criteria. In addition, why bother making a list if your last choice is "Other"? Why is Ric Flair not on your list!? True, he made most of his impact elsewhere, but so did your number four choice.
Hulk Hogan is the greatest superstar of all time. His charisma and intensity brought in tons of money and fans in the eighties and early nineties. Almost every former fan I talk to says they liked it when they were a kid, when Hogan was the man. It may have just been his character, but he stood up for America against Iran, Russia, and Iraq. He is the main reason why anyone initially gave a damn about Wrestlemania. His Wrestlemania matches against Andre the Giant, Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, and The Rock are all legendary for one reason or another.
However, I have the same problem with Hulk as I do with Austin. They mainly got big because they were taking on mega heels. Hogan had Savage, Andre, Piper, Volkoff, Iron Sheik, Earthquake, and several others. Austin had The Rock, HHH, Undertaker, and most importantly, Mr. McMahon.
The Rock and Bret Hart were great on their own. Bret got over because of good mic skills and incredible ring skills. The Rock got over because of good ring skills and incredible mic skills. I would say they're tied for second place . . . as much as I hate saying Bret is second to anyone.

Undertaker, the most dominant superstar in history. Better than hulk bret rock stone cold anyone you can think of. i just cant see anyone on the horizon or in the past that was or will be better. Undertaker has been on top for 14 or 16 years and he's never went down, undefeated at WM sure not that many titles but like one of the posts above, the longetivity

Since you asked who's the best superstar and not wrestler of all time, it would have to be Hogan. He brought in alot of money and fans during his prime and he's the biggest name in wrestling history. His charisma is unmatched and no other wrestler has had as much of an effect on the fans as he has. He's basically the Michael Jackson of wrestling and I'm not kidding. Anytime you have an icecream named after yourself you know you've made it big, lol!

If we are talking Champion it's Hulk, held the title for 4 years.
If we are talking who impacted wrestling more, Stone Cold.
During the attitude Era he changed the definition of what a face wrestler was supposed to be.

10) "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair
(In his prime, Natch had charisma and in-ring ability. His psychology was among the best in the business which allowed him to tell a story in the Squared Circle instead of explaing what he did on a mic.)

Triple H, hands down. He is the greatest, and his story lines are always awesome. He so talented, and his in ring abilities are amazing. He is defiantly going to be in the hall of fame. And when he returned at Summerslam, he proved to be better then ever. Not to mention, looking lean and fit, more then he has been in his whole career.

Well I liked The Rock, he was never really hated by anyone!!! Has the best mic skills ever IMO!!! Had decent wrestling skills!!
But I would have to go with HBK, because everytime he takes a brutal beatdown; he comes right back!!! And is better than ever!!
