Gila National Forest in Silver City, New Mexico. It takes two hours to get to the top of the mountain, but its worth it!! It has a scenic view of all the mountains, plus some hot springs in the area.

people feel free to correct my spelling and location but I was once at the Muer woods, i believe in Sonoma County, CA and it was unbelievable.
But then I think any natural wild woodland is beautiful. Have fun!
