I think it's very likely. Name an obscure movie, and someone somewhere will proclaim, "I love that movie!" That film might be loved because it's utterly weird, features actors/actresses the person is a fan of, or some other reasons. Try attacking a film, and see who comes to its rescue. Lots of "turkeys" have loyal followings, including "Robot Monster", "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" and "The Creeping Terror" (in which the monster is a person crawling along beneath a ratty old carpet). Science fiction isn't the only source of awful but likely beloved movies.
I have a fondness for films others might think are total disasters. And, I know people who love films that I find practically hopeless.
If it isn't a person's favorite movie, I'll bet that it's on his or her favorites list.

Not every movie is favorite, if that was case then they make more remakes...
because the new a tried and true method. most movie come from new answers, like knocked-up, and transformer/ they may have been made before but not in the way of new one...

That could be possible, however I find it somewhat unlikely. If you think of the movies that have been produced in your lifetime, you think of blockbusters and summer hits. There are millions of movies made all the time, low budget, independent, direct to dvd release that only a small group of people ever see.
And besides that, how would Gigli be anyone's favorite movie?

I think every movie has it fans, but i also think that considering the amount of movies that are made every day it almost impossible that ALL of them are someones "favorite"

Thats quite an idea but i dont think it is true. no one can possibly like crime wave even if sam raimi and bruce campbell made it. there are tons of straight to DVD B movies out there that never get watched and never get a cult following so they are most likely never liked. i would like to believe that for all the people in the world all the movies have a person but it just can be so....

Wow, that's a pretty cool idea. I'd say yes, for the most part. There are some REALLY crappy movies out there that I can't see anyone even liking, but there are some weird people out there, so ya never know. Nice question! Kudos!!!

I've seen some very stupid movies but co-workers would say that was the best movie they ever seen. Go figure.
