I mean with Yahoo Answer!'s new reporting system, I feel like I can be a little bit more well protected from the clones and trolls.

Y!A will NEVER be able to do away with Trolls and Clones perminantly until they actually decide to PAY someone to Live Monitor the various categories.
Until then, not one of the various reporting systems will ever be 100% fool proof.
Sad, but true.

I have always allowed fans ...and I stand by what I have said even if I put a number of noses out of joint and I don't always tell people what they want to hear and I have had my account suspended(level 6 and with no recourse as yahoo don't give a sh*t) to prove it...lol and I will still do the same to R&S trolls who come into other sections and put down the rest of us(lgbt) people and as for the 'new' system ...ah!! sorry but its not going to do anything at all ...the same hypocrite's and bigots will still get away with what they are doing now ...and the same ones will continue to get 'violations/suspended accounts'....us !!

It's up to you but you've been cloned/trolled a few minutes ago by a sicko
Edit: After the persson who agreed with me and sum thought I think that it's up to you if you want to add fans, if you think it will be good or beneficial then it's your choice. the trolls will target people regardless as there's one troll who is obsessed over Tracer and is always making false, evil and hurtful accusations that are not true about Tracer and others who do similar to the whole LBGT section and the same applies to race

Nope, because their system isn't real time, so the clones/trolls/haters will still go crazy on us, and then WE have to wait till yahoo decides who is more credible... They have to weigh it all out here, you know someone who has a TC badge or is on the top 10 verses a level 1 spreading hate... hmmm!

Well, I've had mine open even through clone attacks lol I haven't really noticed anything wrong with mine.
As soon as I get a "Blah Blah has added you to the contact list" I check their profile, and it depends on their answers or questions to see if they're just using me or not. I've had to block a couple of level 1s who were more than likely doing that, but I haven't had any problems in a while.
I trust everyone on my contact list :)

Oh is that how people get cloned? I wondered why your fan thing was disabled.
I wouldn't let them scare you into not allowing fans. The regulars on here will know if it's really you or not anyway. :)

I have always allowed fans. I just simply blocked and unblocked anyone I didn't know so they couldn't search through my answers.
