it is in fact healthy when you are on your period, you have high cahnces to get an infection, so you better get a shower everyday; the thing f not having showers during your period is a very old myth; from my grandmas time.

Yes u can take a shower when on ur period. How else would u get clean? I wouldn't recommend taking a bath though even if u have a tampon in. It just doesn't seem too sanitary!

Yes, Of course, you can. I always take a bath everyday when I'm on period. Make sure take out your tampon out before you take a bath, After you done your bath, Put new tampon in.

Yes, it is. :) Keeping up with hygeine is essential for a woman, especially during her period. Baths or showers are fine. If you are bleeding heavily, wearing a tampon is something you may want to consider. The menstrual flow doesn't stop when bathing/showering/swimming.

yeah how else are u going to get clean. I have been taking baths for years and years even when I was on my period, why do u not think you can sit in the tub when your on your period?

You can do anything while on your period.
Just wear a tampon and you'll be fine.
BTW your flow does not stop, it only looks like it does. It will go into your bath water (or swimming pool, etc).

uh yea! i recomend it unless you want to smell like a giant maxi pad. i sweat bad when i'm on mine hell yes i take a bath or shower like twice a day when i'm on it
MAKE SURE YOU RINSE IT OFF THEN FILL UP THE TUB OR ELSE YOU MIGHT HAVE BLOOD IN THE WATER
