I forgot the name of the site that tells you how much a house was sold in your neighborhood. Does anybody know?

Each county has a Register of Deeds. Find the web site for that department. You should find what you're looking for. It will have information such as assessment value and tax paid as well.

In California, we can go to the county tax assessor's web site and look it up. I would assume it's the same in other states. Don't know about other countries, though.
