i suggest socialites to the poster under this one....
you can do nurses and the operation guy. the costume is avail online or you can make it by getting a white or cream long sleeve shirt and pants, hospital scrubs might work
get fabric paint or sharpies and draw parts from the game on the clothing
the nurses can be scary or sexy or just candy strippers
hoes and pimp, you can even reverse rolls, fem pimp, boys dress as the hoes
peace love and happiness- 1 dresses as a hippie, 1 as cupid, 1 in a yellow shirt with a happy face on it. or you just stick happy faces all over yourself.

get the huge spice girl platform shoes and wear really loud colors with a British flag thrown here and there.
