I have never heard that. I would assume it's just a stereotype or generalization, both of which are bad to assign to people, because oftentimes they are simply not true, and can even be hurtful. (For example, you wouldn't say "is it true that all gay men are effeminate?" or "is it true that all Jews are cheap?" -- at least I hope you wouldn't!!)
Anyhoo, one of my ex-boyfriends is a Gemini, and he was the BEST boyfriend I'd ever had up to that point. I was very happy with him and there were many aspects of his personality that were very good and compatible with mine!! :D In fact, he attracted me like a magnet!
Of course, we were not compatible ENOUGH, overall, and ended the relationship eventually, but it had nothing to do with his personality astrologically. Actually, he ended it. It was mainly because he and I were in two very different places in our lives, with different goals, education levels and career levels, and he was not OK with that, even though I was totally OK with it. Oh well -- his loss. ;)

I am a gemini and I have never had any problems finding dates. In fact quite the opposite. But I will say that just about everyone in astrology has a sign that they just don't particularly like (for me Capricorn) and I have found that a lot of people don't like Geminis OR they really like us a lot. But if we all liked the same things it would be BORING and as a Gemini I am sure you know how much I would hate that. lol

I have met Geminis and folk of all of the zodiacal signs. They are not all of a particular way according to what has been written of them. If a person likes you, then they shouldn't have any problem letting you know. It doesn't matter what will happen because of acquaintanceship with a certain sign of the zodiac, it is who the individual is personally. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? Don't get dates because of personality? That's absolutely wrong! My sister and I are both gemini's and we always have tons of guys after us! She is married now but she was married once before that and then had 2 fiances and tons of guys after her! And no she isn't a tramp or anything like that! So no it's the exact opposite!

I wouldnt say that they dont get dates, But they do have split personalities which can cause people to stay far away from them as possible!! And i agree with Mzchris , alot of them do have funky attitudes especially the ones I came in contact with.

It is us "The Scorpios" that usually have it rough, but we're great in bed!

If you follow astrology, geminis are said to have "two sides" to them and this actually compliments some signs, such as Libra, Aries, Aquarius and Leo. Hope this helps.
