Go to a pet store and get this stuff called "Nature's Miracle". It is an enzymatic solution that neutralizes the dog urine. It also has a slight citrus smell to further hide the odor.
Get the gallon size (about $25), pour it on the floor liberally, and spread it around with a cloth. Leave it sit for a while (about 15 minutes). Then wipe it up. When the floor dries, the smell should be gone.

A mixture of baking powder with a moderate amount of water is able to lift the odor out. I'd never had to deal with wooden floors, but my dog urinated on my bed and that is how I had to tend to it.

Nothing will take the odor out if it's into the wood. You have to sand and reseal.
