Sometimes I am way too hard on myself! I am a perfectionist.
I wonder if that's why?

ITS SAID THAT THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT BUT THE TRUTH IS WE ARE OUR OWN WORST ENEMIES BECAUSE WE ARE HARD ON OUR SELFS AND BECAUSE WE DONT TAKE THE TIME TO PRAY AND THINK BEFOR WE ACT ITS MOST PPLS #1BATTLE I KNOW ITS BEEN MINE FOR MOST OF MY LIFE AS IVE GOTTEN OLDER I SEE THAT IF I TAKE A LIL TIME AND THINK!PRAY THEN ACT THINS WORK MUCH BETTER AND WHEN I GOFF OR GET HARD ON ME I HAVE TO REMIND MYSELF THIS TOO SHALL PASS!! MAYBE NOT AS FAST AS I WOULD LIKE IT BUT IT DOES PASS! NEVER THE LESS!

I can be, especially now. There were alot of things that I used to be able to do, that I can no longer do & I do beat myself up about it. But I am learning that there are things I cannot control & I just have to deal with it & not get myself so worked up over it.
