don't try and make a fortune, the odds are set for the house. One of the best games to play is blackjack. The house odds are very small and you can almost get them to 50-50. Craps is another one where the house advantage is small.
Look at Vegas and all the new casinos and hotels. Where do you think the money came from to build them?
If you play long enough you will lose. The odds will catch up to with you.

I don't know about the MOST money, but I know one that gives you easy money is the upright wheel (not sure of the technical name). You place bets on which number it will land on, and depending both on your bet and the number, you'll win money as you guess correctly. You won't win thousands and thousands on it, but you can defintiely gain very easily.
