When my husband blows in my ear. it usually means hes turned on, the guy blowing in ur ear is making a move saying '' hey lets make out" .. If its a nice sensual light blow.. and it tickles, so some guys do it to make you laugh.

Lots of people get really turned on by people blowing in their ears. The ear is an eroginous zone and easily pleased :)

He's either checking to see if your pilot light is still lit. Or he's been watching silly old movies. I've never understood why blowing in somebody's ear is supposed to be romantic. It just creeps me out.
But my best guess is that he wants to jump your bones.
