I don't really know what to tell you, but I kinda know what you're going through only from the other side. You can't punish yourself for the feelings you are having you just have to let your heart lead you into whatever you feel is the right way to deal with those feelings. There are different levels of love and it seems that the connections between you and her are deep, just don't do anything you might regret or make her feel uncomfortable. God is an all knowing God and he knows our needs, and the greatest of these is love (not to be confused w/ lust which He is against) Just keep sorting out your feelings and thoughts and try to determine if these feelings that you are uncomfortable with is lust and keep praying that God will help you vanguish the temptation or if it is just a deeper love that you haven't felt before.

I applaud your honesty. The Holy Spirit has convicted your heart that to follow your fleshly desires in this matter would not be honoring to God. Sin is sin no matter in what area....and to continue in sin knowingly WILL keep you out of heaven....something I see you don't want to risk. If this is a huge temptation to you then I would suggest you do not continue to put yourself alone with her often until you are stronger in this area. Maybe you could even discuss how you feel with her and tell her of your conviction. If she truly cares about you then I would say you both can work out a solution.
I have someone close to me that was in this very situation several years ago. They never discussed it at the time and there were uneasy feelings on both sides. It worked out in the end after years of seperation and both had married...now friends...at a distance...again.
I will pray that God will give you wisdom and strength with your conviction. Will plan to meet you in heaven!

If you are happy with me, stay with them. If you are lesbian and in denial, you need to come out. Homosexuality is not a a sin. The OT verse against a man lying with another man like he would a woman was a safety thing. It is similar to not getting shellfish. Anal sex can be very dangerous if not done right. Sodom was about rape and lust, not homosexuality. The NT goes into homosexuality too. Romans says that we gave up natural desires. I never had desires for women, so when did I give them up? This verse says homosexuals should be with people of the same sex, bisexuals with both and heterosexuals with the opposite sex. It simply doesn't want us having sex for sex when there is no emotional connection. Corinthians contains the word "homosexual." That word didn't exist in biblical times. That is why they described the acts in Lev. and Romans. They didn't have a word to use. So, this is obviously a mistranslation.

How about the Apostles Creed in it's original form?
Credo in Spiritum Sanctum, sanctam Ecclesiam catholicam, sanctorum communionem, remissionem peccatorum, carnis resurrectionem, vitam aeternam. Amen.
That was the Latin version. It was also translated into Greek sometime in the second century. My Greek is limited to the Greek alphabet. The English version came later.
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. AMEN.

What type of prayer could we possibly give you? I can only assure you that the God I believe in doesn't make mistakes. I am not a mistake. I am not going to hell because I am gay. If I were to go to hell, it would be for other reasons.
I am also quite happy being who I am, but obviously you aren't.
I suggest the following prayer: God, give me the peace of mind that comes with knowing that I will be judged upon how I exhibit love, and not for whom I happen to love.

"Prayer to" I can comprehend however "prayer for" is anything past me considering the fact that I must have concept that Saints do not want any prayers for them considering the fact that they're immediately hooked up to God and do not want our intercession. Have a Great Day.

This is a temptation straight from the devil and the pits of hell. Stay away from her if you cannot control your passions. Remember the passage...cut off your arm if it causes you to sin.
I will pray for you!
