Primal Fear.
It was the first time I noticed him. One of the first films with a 'twist' that is now common place. And an unbelievable performance.
Next,I recommend Fight Club and American History X(even though the pay-off is crap).
Though I'm sure with the Hulk, he will have an bigger fan-base, if they do it right.
