i know drew brees is a better quarterback but with him facing a good defence and ben roethlisberger suposed to to be doing better than ever and facing a not so good defense, its a really tough choice to make. in the season opener, drew brees scored 2 points for my fantasy team and roethlisberger scored 30. i was really lucky to win by 2 points. but anyway who should i start for my fantasy team: drew brees or ben roethlisberger?

Roethlisberger faced Cleveland (always start anyone you have against Cleveland). So, is he that good or is Cleveland that bad? Remember, he only got about 160 yards passing. It was all those TDs that gave him the points. And, I doubt that's going to happen again against anybody but Cleveland. They're that bad.

Also, consider that Drew Brees has a 111 passer rating against Tampa Bay with 435 yards and 4 TDs over the last two meetings. Look for that trend to continue.

I would start Brees. If he lays an egg, he will become the biggest flop in Fantasy Football this year. But, I think the Saints will come out against Tampa Bay and show that they were not just a Katrina Magic fluke last year.

Since Brees won't have that bad a game again this season and Rothlisbuger won't EVER have that good a game again I'd have to go with Brees. Don't let a flux week go against past history of these players. I also had Brees going in week 1 but was not as fortunate as you, I got my *** kicked.

Tough decision...I had a ton of guys who under-performed too...Jackson, Bulger, etc.

I would go with Brees and here's why. Ben had a great game against an absolute terrible team. Brees struggled against a healthy and decent IND Def.

It's too early in the year to be worryng about Brees under-performing. Give him another shot as the starter, I bet he rips apart TB DEF.

As you comprehend... my group is the Chargers. And, the toughest group for the Chargers to stand was once the Broncos. yet, now i do no longer think of they are going to be a topic to triumph over. staggering now, i'm maximum qorries with reference to the Cheifs. They have been given Cassel, and Dwane Bowe is in for a breakout 365 days. Theya re getting that New England playbook, and the Chargers have had a complicated time againts that. BQ: the least perplexing group for the Chargers to KILL... is... of course... the Raiders. The Chargers have beet the raiders in 11 rapidly video games... quickly to be 12 the 1st monday of the season.
