Of course.
It's something that happens to most people. It's a lesson in life. You have to learn that even the best of people can turn around and do something awful.
But you shouldn't go around thinking that everyone is like that. I don't think like that, even though that exact thing happened to me.
It's one of those confusing things in life that we really have to get past and try to learn from.

Wow...this is my life-long friend you're describing. You have to realize that a lot of people are deceptive. There is a quote I believe that says..."If all men knew what each said of the other, there would not be four friends in the world."Kind of sad. But what this means is that we can't put trust into human beings. They let us down big time. I know that I've been deceptive before too. It's time we all stopped being so malicious with eachother, and start encouraging and building eachother up. How much does your day change when someone encourages you? For me, it makes my day as bright as the morning sun! Now imagine if everyone made genuine comments to each person that were positive and encouraging...how much do you think our world would change? It would change a lot. Love covers over a multitude of wrongdoings.

no matter how old or smart we are, we always get stabbed in the back. just remember we still learn and you find out whom our true blue friends are, basically they are just aquaintances.
if u can count five or less friends on your hands, your doing good, because u don't need too many "good" friends. first of all obviously u r your own friend, just remember, it all starts with you. Love thyself first.

Sort of like that. My best freind was supposed to keep my secret, but she was a double agent, working for my enemy. The would invite her to sleepovers and shopping trips and stuff and then she would never tell me, And then SOMEHOW all my secrets leaked out and I was humiliated and sad to every have trusted her....

Definitely true! The worst one was my own sibling. That hurt the most out of it all. To know that someone i trust betrayed me.
