John Quincy Adams was the first president to be photographed. His father John Adams was also President.

I don't believe there was photography when John Quincy Adams was president. And George W. Bush is certainly not the first president to be photographed.

I suppose it could be Benjamin Harrison, but it was his grandfather, not his father, who was president. His grandfather, William Henry Harrison, was the first president to die in office and also served the shortest term.
