Certainly. Write about the realm you want to enter into - be as detailed and lengthy as possible. Your writing will be your porthole. :-)
Or if you're preferring total transference of your body from here to there, well, here's a little excerpt from a story I've written. Some claim it's true, others see it as the fiction it was intended to be. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't, I don't know, but it's -an- answer to your question. Here goes:
Your body is of this reality, and the matter composing it will be forever bound here. Part of entering another reality is becoming aware of it and creating for yourself a "simulacrum" within that reality - i.e., a kind of "ghost" of yourself. Your awareness can leave the body you have here and enter into that simulacrum - though your simulacrum is likely to be as ghostly to that world as it would be in this one (you probably won't be able to interact with any of the beings who live there unless they, too, are "ghostly").
Once you've entered a realm in your "ghostly" form, you can try to arrange for an even-swap between the two realms - i.e., a being from their realm who wishes to come here. You'd "trade places", so to speak. Once the arrangement is all set up, _then_ you can transfer yourself into that realm - though the body that formed here will have to stay. You'll be in the body of the being you've arranged to swap with, but at least it's more useful than being a mere simulacrum.
Even easier is to move your awareness from your body here into the body of a newly-conceived "infant" - but this will leave you at somewhat of a disadvantage. You will be bound to experiencing that realm from the perspective of a newborn, which means you will know nothing and you won't even be able to tell right away that you're perceiving anything at all, let alone -what- you are perceiving. What you have to do in order to enable yourself to remember your original self from -this- reality is to take with you a "seed vision" - something you focus on intensely while you're making the transference. The image I used was of a field of stars traveling past me - stars occur in one form or another in virtually any reality, so this vision usually works.

I would use an ouija board a few times because it is a temporary portal most of the time to the spirit realm but be careful. I know you have heard the old saying be careful what you wish for because you just might get it. You might be able to create a portal into another realm but it might be different than what what you wanted and it might not be possible to close the portal once its opened. I would do some serious research on this because its better to be safe than sorry.

It is people like you opening the portal to other realms that open the wrong one and bring through non evolved souls that create chaos here on earth don't play with what you just don't understand

Gee, I guess I can't help. Why don't you ask someone who's already created one? What's that? You don't know of anyone who has? And no one else seems to either? Nor does anyone know of any definitely-existing other realms you could create a portal to in the first place?

You might enjoy reading the two-book fantasy series, "Mordant's Need" by Stephen Donaldson. The first book is "Mirror of Her Dreams" and the second book is "A Man Rides Through." To quote from the book description on Amazon, you may enjoy, as I did, "the richly imagined world of Mordant, where mirrors are magical portals into places of beauty and terror."

The Ouija board will take you there, but be careful, when you come back, you might bring someone with you. The board is not a toy, it is for real. Before you use the board, contact someone that is into Majik and ask them how to make a ring of protection for your self. This board can change your life.
