Ain't nobody makes good tea like them sweet Southern people. I live in Michigan and no one up here knows how to make tea the correct way. When I visit family in the south, then I can drink some real good tea.

One of the very few things I agree with my brother on is the whole "no sweet tea" thing. We were just raised in the North and didn't do sweet tea growing up.
My theory is if you want sweet tea, go get the sugar, sugar.

years ago, when i waitressed at denny's, people from the south would come in and order "sweet tea". being in the north, i assumed they just wanted tea with sugar in it. boy, was i wrong!! totally different! i have tried sweet tea and it is good!!!

Well, I'm southern and I like mine un-sweet with a slice of lemon, quenches the thirst much better!
