No he hasn't missed a game. He is at 257 consecutive starts or around there which also included playoffs.
For the person that said Favre has never been injured doesn't follow the Packers. Favre has been injured (not severly) but they have always had a bye the next week. He has had broken fingers on the throwing hand, concussions, sprains etc and still goes out on the field and gets business done. He doesn't whine about an injury like many younger players.

Since taking the field in the third game of the 1992 season, Brett Favre has started every game. He has been injured, but managed to fight that off before the next game. That includes a broken thumb on the throwing hand, a sprained ankle, a concussion, a sore shoulder, bone spurs, and perhaps most notable, the affects of a pain killer addiction that nearly killed him. Early in career with the Packers, he was still recovering from the affects of a car accident that caused the removal of a large part of his intestines.
He is a very tough customer, but his ability to elude the pass rush has helped him avoid some of those awkward crushing hits that other have seen. He has taken some monster hits, but avoided a lot of them too.

He has not missed a start since he was named the starter for the Packers. With 238 consecutive regular seasons starts (258 consecutive starts if you count his playoff games) he is far ahead of any other quarterback in terms of most consecutive starts. During the fifteen seasons that he has had this streak, only one other player has started every game his team played, punter Jeff Feagles.
Considering that Favre is a quarterback, usually one of the more injury prone positions, this is quite a remarkable feat.

Not a one. He has played with injuries that would keep any other QB out for weeks- maybe months. That's why Esquire magazine coined him "The Toughest Man In America".

No. He's started for over 230 games. That's like 16 years.
He's played while injured. He's played through personal problems, like his father passing away....and that's why he's an NFL legend. The Iron Man of the NFL.

He hasn't missed a start since becoming a starter, but many, many, many, many, many, many, many, times he has played like he didn't show up.
