I found out what those crickets in my basement were called, what's a inexpensive product to get rid of them.HELP!!!!!

Well, crickets definitely are not worth using poison because they are harmless so I would suggest that if you not too afraid of them then grab a vacuum with a hose attachment and start sucking them up. Afterward you can take them outside to the garbage or find a place to release them.

my cat eats crickets, you should get a cat. they cant get all of them though, so maybe some sort of trap not a poison but just a trap to catch them. catch and release seems good. go to farm and fleet or menards or walmart or kmart...etc whatever and look at the pest control section. there also may be a natural way to get rid of them, placeing certian plants around your house can detur insects. i am sorry that i dont know the names of them but you can look it up online. crickets dont hurt anything though. people used to use them as an old fashioned alarm system, when the crickets stop making noise, someone is near the house. pretty neat!

Set off some bug bombs; best ones is Raid Fogger;
Wal Mart; garden dept. Look for a green box with black lettering; Comes 3 cans to a box. Follow directions very carefully. The stuff really works great. It kills anything that flies, crawls or jumps.

If you do use a bug fogger or something make sure its not around any pilot lights or anything!
