Tires are black because carbon black is used to improve the durability of tires as a reinforcing filler. There are other alternatives used in other contexts; fused quartz, for example. I'm not sure whether these have equally satisfying durability properties (wear & heat resistance), but if it's just for vanity they might suffice. Rubber isn't black by nature, even after vulcanization. It's just that carbon black makes it much, much more durable.

Rubber is black. If you want to try to fill it with a dye it will change the properties of the rubber. Then you need to worry about its grip and durability. If you make green tires and then they find out that they dont last as long in the heat or something, you'll end up being sued for uncountable dollars the first accident someone dies. Its a high risk item with no real demand. Be careful with that one.

The process to make tires from natural rubber is called vulcanization. Basically a process involving high heat and addition of sulphur and various chemicals to give desired physical properties.

It's easier to make rubber black than any other color.

The rubber has carbon in it to make it last longer. Replacing that carbon with colored dyes would reduce tire life.
