I would pick someone that I really liked that I could use my own looks to morph into. I would go as Lauren Bacall because people say I resemble her and I could affect her hairstyle and style.

get some glam top and skinny jeans or dress and heels
a small stuffed dog and a purse. hat scarf...
lindsay lohan- get a red wig and mess it up and smudge up your make up like you are all cracked out. get a convict outfit- orange or striped
michael vick- jersey and attached stuffed dogs to yourself like they are attacking you. blood a plus
anna nichole- get balloons under a fancy dress blonde wig and act all drugged up
britney- dress up like her, blonde wig - but get a big piece of card board- cut out like a censor bleep and stick it to your front and back side
