Right now the NL looks pretty sad so I'm 99.9% sure it'll be an AL team i'm thinkin' it might be the Red Sox or Angels but I think those two will be in the ALCS. In the NL, the NLCS I think it will be Mets and Padres. And in the World Series it will be the Angels vs. Mets with the Angels winning in 6!

I would've said the Red Sox, but recently they are having major issues with starting pitching. They have some holes showing....but their offense has been steady even without Manny Ramirez in lineup. And he comes back soon. The best overall team since the all-star break without question has been the Yankees. If they don't overtake the Sox for the division, they will get in as a wildcard. Those 2 teams have the best chance of winning the whole thing. If they were to meet in the ALCS - as of right now it would be a tossup.
Matchups: Cleveland/Boston
NY Yankees / LA Angels
NY Mets / San Diego
Arizona / Milwaukee (Brewers have more favorable schedule than Cubs so Cubs won't get in)

Giants? No, I do not suppose there danger is official. They lack in hitting, and the hitting they do have is unproven. They have high-quality pitching, probably the first-class beginning employees going into the season. They have beautiful well defenders, anchored by way of Bengie Molina at catcher. They have adequate within the minors to exchange for a well vigor hitter, and there's speak approximately them signing Manny Ramirez. If they do both of the ones, or each, then they may be able to without difficulty take there department, and within the submit season, some thing can occur.. specially with high-quality pitching and protection.

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Experience in the playoffs, well balanced team, better pitching than the rest.
Does it matter?

Probably the Boston Red Sox will win the World Series. They have good pitching and their hitting lineup is strong from top to bottom.

Why are you asking this now? It's too soon to say when we haven't even gotten to the playoffs! Just enjoy what's going on now.

Angels , because of their depth. They haven't had a set line-up all year because of injuries but they keep winning no matter who they send out there.
